Custom Design Jewelry
The Artist, Niyousha Saeidi, retains all rights to the artwork, including but not limited to copyright, reproduction, licensing, and publication rights. The sale of the original physical artwork does not transfer these rights to the Buyer.
The Buyer may display the artwork in private or public spaces; however, all displays (including physical exhibitions and online postings) must credit Niyousha Saeidi. The Buyer may not reproduce, publish, distribute, or create derivative works without the Artist’s prior written consent.
